According to Steve everyone should watch PenguinDrum. Why? Because it is one of the strangest things in the world, but apparently Grandmother approved. Well, actually, we're taking a bit of a liberty with that last part. But that isn't the point. Sealand, by the way may have been scarred for life by this particular anime and the last time I saw it mentioned near her she reacted rather violently.
